Spacecraft. Propulsion. Exploration. This is what I think about. I got into aerospace after watching the Perseverance rover land on Mars—the engineering behind it convinced me this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

I'm a mechanical engineering student at UT Austin pursuing a robotics minor. I'm particularly interested in aerospace and robotics, with the goal of working on technologies that advance space exploration.
My long-term goal is to build my own company in the aerospace industry. I'm interested in understanding not just how to engineer a product, but how to develop it into something useful, scalable, and commercially viable. I want to gain the experience and perspective needed to eventually turn that goal into reality.
Outside of engineering, I follow Formula 1, enjoy working out, and like learning about pretty much anything that catches my interest. I also want to travel the world, experience different cultures, and see as much of it as I can.
Coursework: Thermodynamics, Dynamics, Solids, Programming (Python), Robotics, Engineering Design (SolidWorks).
SolidWorks, 3D Printing (FDM, DIW), Laser Cutting, Machine Shop Fabrication, Lab/Shop Safety.
Python, Claude Code, Codex.
Trotec Ruby, Zivid Studio, Thorlabs Kinesis, Microsoft 365, Slack, VS Code, Google Workspace.
Led ejection charge setup and contributed carbon fiber fin layups, motor alignment hardware, and assembly for Aurora. The team's 2026 IREC competition flight reached 11,866 ft AGL at Mach 0.85, with nominal deployment and full recovery.
Developed a bidirectional ICP pipeline in Python using point clouds from a Zivid camera on a KUKA robot arm. Reduced tracking error from 1.84 to 0.50 mm RMSE against encoder ground truth and benchmarked ICP against NSFP on 593 frames. Results concern controlled rigid-motion experiments, not clinical patient testing.
Helped deliver JellyRoll in 48 hours with a three-person team. Designed and laser-cut the plywood enclosure panel in Trotec Ruby, assembled mechanical components and mounted the button and OLED, and led the pitch and product demo.
Evaluated eight open-source datasets for aerial object detection. Annotated 200+ images with bounding boxes using a Python tool and exported COCO JSON training data for YOLOv8.
I'm looking for internship and research opportunities in aerospace engineering. If you're working on spacecraft, propulsion, or anything that leaves the atmosphere—I'd love to connect.
